Q: Is the a limit to the number of Chambers of Commerce who can join ChamberPower?

A: NO, we are here to support Chambers of Commerce, Business Networking and Leads groups. We can also work with Charitable organizations through a grant donation process.

Q: How long does it take for my organization to get approved?

A: Usually accounts are approved within 2-3 business days.

Q: Are there any forms that need to be signed to join this program?

A: Yes, you will be mailed or faxed an agreement which describes the ChamberPower program and the referral/commission structure and when payments will be made to your group.

Q: I know several businesses that could be interested in the benefits of signing up with WACommerce.org.  Can we still receive credit even if they are not members of the Chamber of Commerce?

A: YES, we encourage all of our ChamberPower! members to contact every business in their community and get the help of their members to spread the word about WACommerce.org.

Q: How do you keep track of who joined WACommerce.org that we referred?

A: Your organization will be issued a unique sponsor code that new referred members will be required to fill in at the time of registration which associates that registration to your group.

Q: What does it cost to get started with ChamberPower!?

A: Absolutely nothing, but your time it takes to register and get approved.

Q: Why are you offering WACommerce service for free?

A: Our program focuses on the small business and receives more subcontracting business opportunities and provides more features then similar programs. Many procurement businesses in Washington are currently out of business when the state funds dried up. WACommerce is self supportive with trained staff and not affected by state budget cuts. Through the collection of a service fee to operate the program, we are also trying to give back to the community and provide Chambers with additional value added services.

Q: Are Chambers of Commerce required to join WACommerce?

A: No, but it is recommended Chambers join to help your community by posting job opportunities and various contracts in WACommerce at no cost to the Chamber simply register as a Government Agency.

Q: Are we required to display the ChamberPower! logo on our website to participate in the program?

A: No, but we have additional incentives for those organizations that display our logo.

Q: How often will the Chamber receive a referral payment?

A: On average we send out payments quarterly.

Q: The referral fee how does it work and how does our organization benefit?

A: By referring new members who register with WACommerce.org using your sponsor code in association with WACommerce.org ChamberPower will pay your organization through one of two options for the duration that that business remains active in WACommerce.org up to a maximum of two years.

• Option (A) $5.00 – One time New WACommerce.org registrations fee or;
• Option (B) $2.00 per month residual income for all members your organization sponsors and registered with WACommerce.org for up to 2 years as long as they remain active and registered with WACommerce.org

Example Option (A): Your organization has 500 members and through your efforts 200 members register for services from WACommerce.org in a single month, your organization would receive $1,000.

Example Option (B): Your organization has 500 members and through your efforts 200 members register for services from WACommerce.org your organization will receive an ongoing residual income of $400 per month or $4,800 per year.

Q: If we have clients that wish to advertise through ChamberPower Affiliates Search Engine how can we help them?

A: We have qualified staff available who can create and manage the campaign for the business.

Q: Why is ChamberPower TyBit search engine better then Google or Yahoo search engines?

A: TyBit can search over 10 different search engines simultaneously for the most relevant information which includes Google, Yahoo, Msn, Ask and NexTag from one central interface.

Q: What does it cost to run an ad campaign on the new search engine tyBit?

A: This is really up to the business and what they would like to spend, for our office to run a campaign for a client we usually charge 10%. Example a $250 dollar ad campaign could be setup and activated for $25.

Q: What is the minimum fee charged for paid click ad leads?

A: The minimum is .10¢ per click. We offer 100% click fraud free advertising by zip code, state, national, regional USA & Canada, or global.

Q: How can it be 100% click fraud free?

A: TyBit has a special feature that once your ad is clicked on a image code will need to be entered to continue to your website. This prevents cyber pirates and various click Bots programs from needlessly clicking on your link costing you money.

Q: How will I know how much we should receive in advertising commissions?

A: We provide your organization with a monthly activity report.

Q: How often do you distribute your ChamberPower! news letter?

A: We send our news letter out quarterly to about 7,000+ readers along with WACommerce.org members.
